【摘 要】目的：研究高血压性鼻出血采用优质护理干预的效果。方法：选择我院接收的88例高血压性鼻出血患者，抽签法分观察组(优质护理干预)与对照组(常规护理)各44例，比较自我效能及再出血率。结果：与对照组比，观察组自我效能高，再出血率低，P<0.05。结论：优质护理干预能提高高血压性鼻出血患者的整体疗效且获得良好的治愈效果。
